1. The cost of such autument to be gmcially assessed is hereby declared to be
$3/868.95.
2. The Cky Cort, with the assistance of the City Forester shall forthwith akWate
the proper amount to be gwcWly assessed for aueh inpwitment spinet every
assessable lot, piece of parcel of land within the district aRected witbout regard
tc+ cob vabiadon, as provided by law, and the Clark Shari tib a copy of such
proposed aaatuament in the office of the City Clerk for p #Ak hgw;don.
3. The Cort shall, upon the completion of such proposed aseeesmeat, notify the
Ccwncil theeof.
