directed to prepare a proposed sssestment for the foul cost Loc the 1994 Removal and
Defensins of Diseased Treat Roll 2 on certain lands wkly the City as provided by law; and
WEUMZA89 the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Geek for public impeaion;
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 7th day of February, 1996 in the City
Council Chsmbea of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth lfoebvard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such prcpoeed asssumernt and
at such time and place all persona owning property affected by such cbkgp will
be given an opportunity to be beard with rdsv oe to such assessneot.
2. The City Cleric is bereby directed to awe a notice of the bearing on the
proposed asseacnent to be published twice in the oificW newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the bearing, and shall ON in the notice the total amount of the
assestowi.t. The Clem shall also awe a shed nod= to be given to the owner
of each pave described in the assessment roll.
