W1�SAfi9 pursum to the provision of Section 18.271 M. S. A., the weed of the City of
Pfymon<h, has caused the 1994 Weed &adiation and Dastmcdm% ROD 2 on certain binds within aid
City, and a dela min ion has been made that certain charges thereto have act been paid IS provided by
law, and the total amount of socb work amounts to $29890.00.

OF PLYMOUTH, STA:
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is bereby declared to be $2,890.00.
2. 1Ue Cky Clerk, with the Assistance of the City Weed Inspecsoc shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount w be specially assessed for such improvement aping every assessable
K piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cub valuation, as
provided by law, and tM cleric shall file a copy of such proposed asommeot in the office
of the City Clark for public inspection.
3. The Clark shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment notify the Council
thereof.
