to prepare a proposed usasmeat for the total oast for the 1994 Weed BnW ation and DestrttcdM Roll
2 on certain leads wthe City u provided by law; and

filed in the office of the City Clark for public inspection;

1. A public hearing shall be held on the 7th day of Febsuary, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center. 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Mmaesm
at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed asst and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such charges will be given an opportunity to be
heard with referetloe to such assessment.
2. The City Clark is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published twice in the official newspaper at haat two weeks prior to the
hearingl and shall state in the notice the total amount of the assaument. 17he Clerk shall
also cause mailad notice to be given to the owner of each pu+cW described In the
assessment toll.
