ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 41ST AVINUB NORTH RIGHT -0F WAY
PLYMOUTH OAKS ADDITION
WHSBBASj punuaot to M.S.A. 412.851 Terry Dahlstrom hu petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of a portion of 41st Avenue North right -of way:
Thet part of 41st Avenue Nath which lies routberty and soathastedy of
a floe which is para13e1 with and 50.00 feet southallorly of the
southeasterly boundary of Lot 9, Block 5, Plymouth Oats, according to
the recorded plat thereof on tib in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHIMMAS, the City Council hu reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order,
NOW, THIMMM BE IT HBRSBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it sbould, and hereby don,
eadAM the date of February 7, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Clambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, u the time and plane fa the public bearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing u
provided by law.
