WHEREAS, purwaot to the provisions of Mianaota Stag Sac. 50.1749 a licensed
land surveyor has prepared a Lod Snnroyor's Cerdfiate of Correction; and
WHEREAS, the Land Surveyor's Certificate of Correction as prepared now indicates the
oonect "and rear yard distances for the drainage and utility easements in the Savannah
Addition pnvkxWy recorded on September 2, 1994 in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota in Document No. 6334791.
NOUN. IMERBFOR$ BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and Clark are authorized to
examte do Lard Surveyor a Certificate of Correction for Savannah Addition.
