WEaWj .S, pur=" to a resolution passed by the Council on June 21, 1993 the City's
Consulting Hogioeer, Strgar`RoacwFausch, Inc., has prepaxad plans and inciftations
for the improvecant of tlw intettu*n of Highway SS at County RrAd 24 and New
County Road 9 by the imtallation of a traffic control signal system and has presented
su;.i plans and specifications to the Council for approval:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part bwW, in hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk &ball prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in M&Z2=gcdaLAWhdn an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such impsuvement under such approved plans and
apocificttlont. The advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 1995 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chamben of the Plymouth City Center
%UdinS at 3400 Plymouth Boubvard, Plymouth, MWnesota, by the City
Manager and that no bids will be considered unless salad and fled with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cub deposit, cashier's chock, bid
bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five petnent of the
amount of such bid.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 1994.
