REQUEST FOR PAYMIITIT NO.6 AND FINAL
1993 STREET RE!'ONSTRUCTION
CITY PRONXT NO. 301
WiitB M9 the City of Plymouth as owner and Hardrives, Inc., as oontiactor, have
entered into an agreement for 1993 Street Re xwuuc tion, City Project No. 301, said
agreement being dated May 6, 1993; and
WHBRIM, the &ogineer bas aertlf'.ed his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the Mal request for payment.

1. That the original contrw amount was $1,201,662.76. Three (3) orange
orders were approved in the amount of $133,365.19 and the value of the
work to date is $1,340,527.95 and is herewith approved. This project
equaled the revised contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for 1993 Street
Re000sttac tion and certified to the Council by the engineer as
ammable, being the same, is hereby released from the engineer as
aooeptabb from the contract except as to the conditions of the
performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Pay.aeot No. 6 and Final in the amount of $89,738.00 to
Hardrtves, Inc. for 1993 Street Reconstcuctiun is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director i, hereby authorized and directed to pay the
same fbrihwith.
