AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BASS
LAKE DEVELOPNOW COMPANY. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF
�..O. RD. NO. 10 AND SOUTH OF NORTHWEST BOULEVARD. (86065)
WHEREAS, a Final Phi for Basa Laine Estates 2nd Addition was approved under City
Council Resobdou 86-454; and,
WHERBASo the developer submitted the required Site Pedornumce Guanatee in the
form of a Savinp Certificate in the amount of $10,000. and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inWected said site and
recommends release of the fi u=W 8uuantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BEI IT HZREIBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THB C17Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the Saviop CerWkm in the amount of $10,000. which was submitted to
Suuantee site Wpovements for Bass Lab Estates 2nd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on December 19, 1994.
