WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer. City stats has inspected said site acd
recommends reductioo of the fbmicW guarantee;
NOW, 'IiEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE, CRY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUM. I MMMOTA, that it sbouid and besby does usborim
a $142,924.00 reduction of the Bond whicb wu submitted to guanwe site
improvements for Holiday Compania to a om total guuaatee of $2,500.00.
