WiffitBASs a Site Plan Amendmeat for Prime Buildm Inc. was approved under City
Council Resolution 94-565; ands
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perfom m Guarantee in the
forte of a Letter of C reedit in the amount of $354,751.00; andf
WHIiit MI upon notice from the developer. City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the fiaaarial guarantee;
NOW9 1ORB, BE IT HERMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH$ hGNNESOTAo that it should and hereby doe: autboriae
a $272,957.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Prime Builders Inc. to a ww total guarantee of $81,794.00.
