WI =Wj the City Council hu approved the Lot Division for Michel Ritchie
located at 14453 12th Avenue North;
NOW, THBHFOPA BB IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCIL OF
TIM CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MWNBSG TA, that it should and hereby does direct the
Mowing to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said Lot Division:
1. Complisnoe with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions 4acant to, or containing any open storm
water drainage f%ilky.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in prior to 6Nu00e of
building permit in acoordanoe with City Policy in affect at the time of recording
the tot division.
3. No building permit shall be issued until the lot division is filed with Hennepin
Canty.
6. Submittal of required utility and dmimp eaaments u am, roved by the City
Bngineer prior to filing the Final Phi.
