WHBREAS, Micbed Ritchie bu requested approval for a Lot Division for the creation
of two parcels, located 14455 12th Avenue North;
NOW, 1iffl1RBPORB, BE IT HE MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CRY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby don approve
the Lot Division for Michael Ritchie for property located 14455 12th Avow North.

LAKE, fibs of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated u follows:

the Registrar of Was, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the west 15.00 fee
Of acid Lot 15.
The west 11.00 feet of Lot 15 and all of Lots 16, 17 and 18, Block 8,
SUBURBANDALB ON PARKER LAKE, flies of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
