FMAL PLAT FOR L. A. DONNAY FOR PROPMT LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF RAND LANE NORTH AND 28TH AVENUE
NORTH (94106)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for L. A. Domy for
Wellippon Park located at the southwest corner of Ranchview Lane North and 28th
Avemn North;
NOW, TMIRBPORB, BE PT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
IIIIB C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees-inlieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in elfbet at the time of mcording of the plat.
3. No buildigt permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
comtntctiom of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense.
S. Compliance with policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new stnsctam in subdivisions adjacent to, or eonts:l ft any open storm
waw dninage facility.
6. Submittal of teruired utility ad dminage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with
Henneplh Cowley.
8. Appropriate legal dammeots retarding Homeowner Association covenants and
restrictions, as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat
as sppropriata.
