APPROVM CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ST. MARY OF THE LAKE
CHURCH LOCATED AT 106 FORESTVISOH LANE (94142)
WMRBAS► the Church of St. Mary of the Laine has requosted approval for a
Conditional Use Permit for a Montrssori School facility for pmpmty located at 105
Forestview Lane North.
The property is more specifically described as foilom:
Lot S. Block 1, St. Mary's Addition► Hennepin County, Mimesoh.
WHEREAS. the Pianning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Haring and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HSRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CTIY COUNC L OF
THE C17Y OF PLYMOU M.WNMOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by the Church of St. Mary of the Labe for a Conditional Use Permit fa a
Montessori School facility for property located at 105 Forestview Lane North, subject
to the Mowing conditiom:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for nwomtion.
2. The permit is issued to the Much of St. Mary of the Labe for a Montessori
Schad and shall not be transfer".
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved daigaated areas.
S. No signage is allowed rolative to the use.
6. The prank shall be reviewed in one year to reassess the opeadon of this
facility.
7. All parking shall be off-street in designated arcs which comply with the Zoning
Ordinanoe.
6. The Montessori School is limited to a maximum of 30 students at any given
time.
