APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CORVSPIE'S UNIZUTIIO

WHERLikS, Corvette's Unlimited has requested approval far a Conditional Use Permit
for a used car dealership for peopeety located at 14070 23rd Avenue Noah.
The property is more specifically described as follows:
That pan of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118 North, Range 22, west of the 5th
Principal Meridian, lying west of the west line of United States fn%ntate
Highway No. 494, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CrIY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Corvette's Unlimited for a Conditional Use Permit for a used car
dealership for property located at 14070 23rd Avenue Noah, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordWmea, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Corvette's Unlimited for automobile sales and ahW not
be transferable.
3. TM site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas.
S. No signage is allowed relative to the use.
6. The permit shall be reviewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
8. Time shall be no outside storage of automobiles involved in this use.
