HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-827• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION W 827 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR WELSH COMPANIES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10700 STATE HIGHWAY SS ('94130) WHEREAS, Welsh Companies has requested a Site Plan and Variances for property located at 10700 State Highway 55; The property is mom gmciflally descriLed as follows: That part of the following described tract of hued lying North of a line drawn parallel with and 50 feet Nortbasterly on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of State Highway 55. Compliance with the City Bngineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required f rwwW guuantee and Site Performance Agreement for oompletion of site Improvements. 3. Any signage shall be in coenpliutce with the Toning Ordinance. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions aro suNect to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. S. Compliance with the Ordinance reganft the location of fire hydrants and Are Wes. 6.
