RESOLUTION 94. 816
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. SOS
SANITARY SEWER AND WATSRMAIN AREA -
HARRISON PLACE ON BASS CREEK
WInwim, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of
Assessment Hearin` from the property owner of Harrison Place on Baa Creek waiving their
right to special unnaent bearings covering the installation of sanitary sewer and water bunk
tacilidea, and c1 other appurtenances;
NOW, SORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCQ. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a pan hereof, is
busby aompted and shall constitute the special assessment ageing the lards earned therein
and each tract of bind therein imluded is hereby found to be bone iced by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual Mwllments extending over a period of S
yeah, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
1996, and shall ben interest at the rate of 9.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. Te the fust installment :hall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the dace of this resolution until Deoember 31, 1996. To each subsequent
installment when due shall be added interest for one year on W unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so sssened may, at any time prior to certifkatiom of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this rewluthm and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the satin amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with intend accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 30 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the next awceedlpg
year.
i. The Clair :11.11 forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax Hsu of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over in the erne manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the' improvement assessed by this resolution is $66,205.60.
