Wi HREASr McHamler Company LLC bas requested approval fa a MPUD Pial Plat
fbr Harrison Place on Baa Creek for property located at the southwest corner of
Thow Lane North of County Road 10; and$
WHEREAS* the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW* 72OMWORB* BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
TEM CITY OF PLYMOUTH* MINNESOTA* that it should and hereby does approve
the Fad Pht and Development Contwa for McBualer Company LLC fa Harrison
Phce on Baa Creek located at the southwest corner of Trenton Lane North of County
Road 10;
FIIRTSBR* that the Development Contract fa aid plat be approved* and that the
Maya and City Momper be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
