HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-823CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOIAMON 94- 823 WHEREAS, the CDBO eliSibie expenses for the South Shore Art project have been determined to be $179853.78 in acess of the amount coneotly specified in the CDBO budpu; and, WHHRBAS, additional CDBO eli8ibie expenses of $7,100 for accessibility project at Plymouth Creat and Parker's lake pub have been identified by the City's Part and Recreation Department; and. WHEREAS, uoercpended Mod149 authority is available within the HRA's CDBG Budget, Pond 2329 for reallocatim to the aforementioned project; and, WHMRBA.S, the total amount to be reallocated, $24,953.78, does not constitute a significant change in the CDBO Budget and therefore does not require a public hearing prior to approval; and, WHEREAS, the HRA in and for the City of Plymouth, at its November 16, 1994 board meeting, after review of staff recommeodatioos did determine the aforementioned expenditures t) be an appropriate on of CDBO Anda in accordance with federal guidelines and recommended that the Plymouth City Council amend the Fiscal Year 1994 CDBG Budget to reflect those changes; NOW, 7XI MORB, BB TT RBSOLVHD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, Id1NNBSOTA, that the Fiscal Year 1994 CDBO Budget, Fund 232, be amended to reflect the reallocation ation of pnW= expenditures, including $82,000 from prior year CDBO Atnding, as follows: First 71me Homebuyers Rehab Private Dwellings Child Cue Assistance C.A.S.H.
