NOW, THBIRBFORE, BB rr RESOLVED by the City Council of the Cky of Plymouth that

application of TGI Prkky's of blunt Inc., for an on-sab intoxicating and Sunday liquor
!keds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that staff is diracted to publish and post notice of the hearing
as provided by the Plymouth City Code and to mail written notke of the having to property
owners within 500' of the subject parcel.
