WHERBAS, Sectbn 600.239 Subd. 2 of the Plymouth City Code authorizes the City

WHEREAS, the City adopted a 1993 budget for recycling service: that was not decreased
from the 1994 level,
NOW, THERWORE, BE IT i 35MY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CPPV OF PLYMOUTH, M[NNBSOTA: that the monthly recycling fee be raised from $1
per month to $2 per mouth, effective January 1, 1993.
Adopted by the City Council on December 3, 1994.
