TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM POLICE STATS AID FEIN1. TO GENERAL
DEBT SERVICE FUND
VVEZRZASt bods ars inquired to pay the annual debt service requirements on the
City's powd obligation debt; and
WHEREAS, the Police State Aid Fuad has toads available to assist with paying the
1995 and 1996 debt service requirements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the City Manager to
transfer $130,000 from the Police State Aid Fund to the General Debt Service Fuad to
assist with the a=W tax levy.
NOW9'1'S0RSFOR& BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is
busby directed to transfer $130,000 from the Police State Aid Fuad to the General
Debt Service Fund to assist with the 1995 and 1996 debt service requirements.
