WHEREAS, in wmdamoe with the development contract dated P&nwy 2, 1994, Abingdon
Development Corpondon, developer of oven Meadows Addition (93062), hes agreed to install certain
improvements for aid development; and
WHESMAS, the developer has completed a porion of the weer, utility and die grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer box requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
NOW, TMMEFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOU M. bORMOTA; that the bonding requirements aro reduced as follows:
