AUTHOREUNG THE VACATION OF
A PORMN OF MEDICBM LAE$ DRIVE WEST RIGHT -0F -WAY IN
BASS 1AE8 TERRACE ADDPPION
WHBRBAS, a petition was received to vac m a portion of Medicine Lab Drive Wet right -0f.
May in Baa Lab Term Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition wu signed by a majority of the owners of the had abutting the area
pe+opoesd to be vacated; and
9 a public bearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December S, 1994
in accordance with Minnesota Statute 412.651 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of aid hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of December S, 1994; and
WIERBAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHBRBAS, the Coundl did bold a public hearing on December S, 1994 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of a potion of Medicine Lab Drive West rigbt-of-way
in Baa Lab Terrace Addition; and
WHBRBAS, it was determined by the City Council that aid easement; were not needed fbr
public putpoaes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TNM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the fbilowing portion of Medicine Floe Drive Wast
right-of-way in Bw Lahr Terrace Additloo be vested:
That part of Medicine Lake Drive Want u dedicated and plotted in Baa tab
Terrace, according to the recorded phu thereof, Hennepin Coungr, Mhummm bft
between the weaterly extension of south Has of Lot 9, Block 1, Baa Lsb Thrace
3rd Addition and the wea edy extension of the south line of Oudot B, Baa Lab
Tdnala 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plot thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on December S, 1994.
