NORTHVYBST BUSDIM CAMPUS FM ADDITION
WMEBAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of a trail easement in Lot 2, Block 1,
Nosthwmt Business Campus 9th Addition; and
W183HtBAS, said petition was signed by a msijority of the owners of the Lord abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WMRBAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for December S, 1994 in
accondanos with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
�1 i70R�7, a notice of publication of aid hearing was pubUsbed and potted two weeks prior to the
meeting of December 5, 1994; and
WIMEAS, all property owners &Qacent to the proposed vacation won duly notified by mail; and
WIsRBA.S, the C mindl did bold a pubUc bearing on December S, 1994 to inform any and all
intermted parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of a trail moment in Lot 2, Block 1,
Northwest Business Canpus 9th Addition; and
WiMRBAS, it was determined by the City Council that aid easements were not needed for public
purPOS";
NOW, 'HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ABSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH. baNNBSOTA: That the following portion of troll easement be vacated:

1, NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 9TH ADDMON, aocording to the reoorded phot thereof,
and described in Document No. 1467503, fibs of the Registrar of Was Homapin C=Vv
