WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth mpested p qmb for iqd nrA a and evaluated
the submissions from twasy-one firms; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Campbell, Knutson, Soon dt Fuchs, P.A. was r000mmended
as the firm able to provide the best bpi services to the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, on November 21, 1994 the City Council authorized the City WWngw to
negotiate a loo asrvvica agreement between the City of Plymouth and the Campbell,
Knutson firm, and this agteemed is recommended for approval;
Nowt 1itER>WORE, U IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of
Piymouth, Munroe does botchy approve the legal eervice agmement betwom the City of
Plymouth and Campbell, Knutson, Scott dt Fuchs, P.A., effective December S, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council December 5, 1994.
