1. That the original contract amount was $161,700. Four (4) chop ardo
were approved in the amount of $17,284 and the value of the work to
date h $180,174 and L herewith approved.
2. Thal the work performed by the contractor far Deep Wen No. 11 -
Pumping Paddtia and certified to the Council by the engin w as
acoeptaW being the mme, is hereby released ftvm the mincer as
soceptable from the contract axoept as to the cocdidoos of the
pafbrman a bond, any and aU legal :lphts of the owner, required
guarantees and correction of thinly work after find psymeal.
3. Request fa Payment No. 7 and Fled in the amount of $13,817.09 to
blunicipd Danders, Inc. for Deep Well No. 11 - Pumplug FadHd a is
hereby %proved and the City Finance Director 4 hereby authorized and
directed to pay the am forthwith.
