WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Paelmn Labe Pointe Wet eras approved by Administrid"
Approval Lamer Dated April 11, 1994; aA
WHEREAS, the developer wbmitted the required Site Performance Ouanntee in the
form of a Fetter of Credit in the amount of $134,195.00; ando
Wi U BAS, the City Council, under resolution 94-4711 autborined the reduction of the
lamer of credit to SUMS.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff bas inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOWj 7HEREFORB, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNaL OF
7M CTIY OF PLYMOLFM. MMMOTA, that it should and bereby doe wth do
a $691325.00 reduction of the Lamer of Credit w M aas submitted to gumum site
improvements for Pad= Labe Pointe West to a nee► total guarantee of $5,550.00.
