WB=3AS. a She Plan Amendment for the Bill Hide Company Builoiog was
approved under Admioistrdive Approval letter dated April 07, 1994; ando
WHERRAS, the developer submitted the required Site Peftmance Guarantee in the
bm of a bond in the amount of $128510; and,
WHEtBAS, upon notim from the developer City staff bas intpwted said she and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, 7HIREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF
INE CITY OF PLYMOUIB, MMBSOTA, that it sbould and hereby does autborine
a $125,460 reduction of the bond wbkh was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Bill Hides Company Building in the amount of $128,510 to a new total parsaft of
S%050.00
Adopted by the City Council on December 05l 1994.
