ADOFIING ASSESSNMZ1TS

SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN AREA -
ORCHARDS OF PLYMOUTH
Wi MRBAS, in conformance with the development contract, we have received a Waiver of
Assessment Hearing tram the property owner of Orchards of Plymouth waiving their richt to
spodd anumma hearings covering the installation of anitaq sewer and waft trunk facllides
and all other appurteoanoea;
NOW, 7iIEREPORB, BE 1T XBREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCQ. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such p+oposed assessment, a copy of which is attached Hereto and made a part hereof, b
hereby aoospted and shall comtituf the gmdd assessment against the lands named therein
and acb tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the umsment levied again$$ it.
2. Such unument shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of S
years, the fiat of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
1996, and sball bar interest at the rate of BOOB per annum from the dace of adoption of
this wamaent resolution. To the fire installment shall be added interest on the entire
asnument from the dam of this radution until December 319 19%. To each subsequent
installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installmenu.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to codification of the
assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assesaneut on such
property with interest accrued to the def of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no intoes shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days ftom the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the asaaumeat remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made befbre
November 13 or imtorest will be charged through December 31, of the next sucoeeding
year.
4. The CWk shall forthwith transmit a certified uuplkate of this aueument to the Count
Finanod Director to be extended an the proper tax law of the County and such assessments
shall be collated and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxa.
S. The total cost of the improvement Messed by this resolution is $49,207.22.
