WIEBAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract
for TW Orchards of Plymouth located at 4003 County Rood 101;
NOW, 'DOPE, BE ff HMMY RBSOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF P'LYMOVM, bCMBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Bogineec's Memorandum.
2. Payment of parr dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in ehPoct at the time of recording the plat With Hennepin
County.
3. No building permits abali be issued until a contract has been awarded for the
construc tiom of municipal sewer and water.
4. Removal of W hazardous trees hom the property at the owner's expense.
S. Compliance with Policy Reaolution 79-80 muting minimum floor elevations
fbr new mnabrrea in subdivisions adjacent to, or contaWnS any open storm
water drainage facility.
6. Submittal of required utility and dram p easements as approved by the City
Bngineer prior to " the Final Plat.
7. No building permits to be issued until the Pinal Piot is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
