Compliance with the City Bogineec's Memorandum. 2. Payment of parr dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in ehPoct at the time of recording the plat With Hennepin County. 3. No building permits abali be issued until a contract has been awarded for the construc tiom of municipal sewer and water. 4. Removal of W hazardous trees hom the property at the owner's expense. S.
