APPROVING RPUD P24AL FLAT AND DEVELOPNOW CONTRACT FOR
ABINGDON DBVSLOPIMNT CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4005 COUNTY ROAD 101 (94050)(RPUD 94-1)
wHER B, Abbq*a Development Corporation hu requested a Final 1 It for The
Orchards of Plymouth located at 4005 County Road 101; and,
WIMtBAB, the City staff bas prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related tD said plat;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BE IT HEt>EY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it dhouN and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Co mbd for The Orchards of Plymouth located at 4003
County Road 101, and,
FURTi M that the Development Contract for aid plat be apps+oved, and that the
Myron and City Munger be authorised to execute the Development CmvbW on bebalf
of the City.
