APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR LUNDGREN
BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION t93132)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction bat requested mclaai8catioo of the land
use guiding from IP (Planned Industrial) to LA -2 (Loan Medium Demity ReddendeQ
for a 72 -acre property located at the nonbwest corner of Peony Lane and Old Rockford
Rad; and.
WHEREAS, the Planing Comabdon has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TH)d : - 7 f COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MlNNBSOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the roquett by Lundgm Brothers Construdion for reclassification of the land use
guiding from IP (Planned Industrial) tn LA -2 (Low Medium Deoaity Ramal) for a
72 -acre property located at the northwest corner of Peomy Lame and Old Rockford
Road.
FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Phe Amendment is comingeot upon, and
abject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1994.
