Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Remcnal of all hazardous tree from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No building permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 4. Payment of part dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Puliry in eRxt at the time of Ming the Final Plat in combh. Hou with the dedication of a flve-foot trail outlot. S. Submission of the deed for Outlot B prior to filing of the final plat with Hennepin County. 6. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new Kmctures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open :form water ftility. S. Compliance with Department of Natural Resources letter dated June 29. 1934. 15.
