Wilt MAS, in cWormance with an agreement for the abatement of hamlous buildings
located on the following property:
PIN 33-118-22-32-0001 (500 Vicksburg Lane North)

1. Such proposed useament, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein
and each tract of land therein included is hereby sound to be benefited by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 1
years, the first of the installmerft to be payable on or before the first Monday in January,
1995, and shall bear interest at tits rate of 7.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall 4 added interest on the entire
asseasrternt froth the date of this resolution until December 31, 1993. To awh subsequent
installment when due shall to added interealbr one year on all unpaid inatallmtnts.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
usessment to the County Finance Director, lay the whole of the assessment on rich
property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City Finance Director, except
that no intema shall be charged if the entive assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this resolution and be may at any time thereafter pay the City Fiaance Director
the entire amount of tate assessment retraining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the year in whicb rich payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 13 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the next succeeding
YM.
4. The Cleric shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lista of the (County and such assestmnetts
shall he collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $8,434.90.
