W nAS, pursuant to a raohdon of the Council adopted November 21, 1994 a
report hu been prepared by the City Bngiuoeer with refararoe to the impmvemeot of
Nathan Lane south of 27th Avenue by the haxaiMdon of r ddedW street lights and this
report was received by the Coundl on November 21, 1994.

1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was dgoed by
all the owners of rel property within the plat named u the location of
the improverneats.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the C moil
resohrdon adopted November 219 1994. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public haring.
3. The City Bngineer is hereby deli pwW as the engineer for these
impronâșerneots. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
