DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STRSBT LIGHTING
NATHAN LANE SOUTH OF 27TH AVENUE

DooW PeterMon9 and Charles Ryther, are n quedinng ingsRstion of residential street
liP6tinj on Nathan Lane south of 27th Avenue.
1. A oetain petition requesting the improvement of Nathan Lane Mouth of 27th Avenue
by the installation of residential meet lightings filed with the City Couodl on
November 210 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentafte of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in cooformanx to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Bmgineer and be is instructed to repos to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and u to whether it should
bed be made u proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
