RESOLUTION 94 - 762
REMMURSING DEVlIIAPER FOR
RRQUUM 12 INCH TRUNK WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION
SUGAR HI.iB 2ND ADDITION 030M
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Eugene R Forbwgd and Darlene R. Fasbogd
have catered into a development contract dated September 7, 1993 for the development of
Sugar Hills 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, at part of this development, the developer was required to construct a 12
inch watermain in Sugar Hills 2nd Addition in order to conform with the City of
Plymouth's Water Distribution Plan; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City policy the developer installed the required 12 inch
watermain in Sugar Hills 2nd Addition in 36th Avenue North between Vicksburg Lae
North and Yuma Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has accepted the utilities, including the 12 inch
watermain, for continual maintenance as of November 21, 1994; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for required
watermain construction upon completion in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications and acceptance for continual maintenance by the City; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $9,370.70 including enShowing fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the developer, Eugene IL Forbrao and
Darlene R. Forbr&0 is to be reimbursed in the amount of $9,370.70 for the required 12
inch watermain construction based on the alignment in the construction plans and in
accordance with City policy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated ftom the Trunk Water Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1994.
