REDUCING DEVELOPNUM BOND
AUTUMN HU IB 2ND ADDITION 041M
W MEAS, in accosduoe with the development contact dated January 319 1994, Lundgm Bra.
Construction, Inc., developer of Autumn Hills 2nd Addition (94005), hu agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEItEAS, the developer hu completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading u noted below;
and
WiaRBA.S, the developer hu requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the oompieted
Mork;
NOW, T MW.EFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCB. OF THE CTTY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
