REDUCING DEVELOPNIIBNT BOND
PARRERS LAKE NORTH 6TH ADDITION (90066)
WHMIAS, in accordance WM the development contract dated September 289 1990, Lauklrt-William
Parkers Lake, developer of Parkers Lab North 6th Addition (90066), has agreed to im all certain

WIBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading m noted below;
and
VAMMMS9 the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed

PLYMOUTH, MI MWOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
710 the letter of credit fequlred for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $2,240 to 5.0-
(0ro) to reflect the completed work. Certificate of Deposit No. 410-1206393 issued by Norwen Bank
Minneapolis, N.A. can be reduced accordingly and will be released by the Finuroe Department.
