REDUCING DEVEWPN OINT BOND
BOULDER RIDGE 3RD ADDITION (90013)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the devebpmeot contract dated February 17, 1993, Brutzig Hanes, Inc.,
developer of Boulder Ridge 3rd Addition (M13), has agreed to install certain inWovemoots for said
development; and
WIIDRBAS, the developer bas completed a portion of the wept, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WEMREAS, the developer bas requested a reduction of the development bard to reflect the completed
wod ;
NOW, SORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUM, MNNESOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced at follows:
