NOW, WIEREPORE, BE IT EEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Bagineer h butructed to
prepare a Prelimiossy Bngioeering Report with all convenient speed advidn the
Council, in a preliminary war, as to wbetber the I ME Mae A improvemems an feasible
