APPROVING Rl®UMON OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
WAL GREETS FOR PROPM Y LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9,
WEST OF V24EWOOD LANE (91019)
WHEREJAS, a Site Plan Amendment for WW*M's eras approved under City CMmW
Resolution 91-277; and,
WLIEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Perform M emnntee is the
form of a bond in the amount of $3,048; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff bas inspected said site and
recommesdr a reduction of the financial ruanntee;
NOW, TiEBPOLLB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE) BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF
THE MY OF PLYMOLTIH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does awlwrin
$1,683 reduction of the bond whicb wu submitted to 8wnstee site imprroveamu for
Walpeea's in the amount of $3,048 to a now total 6uanatee of S3,365.
