APPROVING REDUCTION OF SITE PEMRMANCB OUARANTIS FOR
MBTACOM, INC. FOR PROPM Y LOCATED AT 3353 NATHAN LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, a Sire Plan Amendment for Metacom, Inc. was appaved under Cky.
Council Resolution 94-338; and,
WHMtBAS, the developer wbmitted the requited Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a letter of credit in the amount of $23,692; and,
WBMEAS, upon notice from the developer, City doff has imputed said site and
reoommeods a reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, Tii®t WORE, BE 1T HBRBBY RBSOLVBD BY THE C17Y COUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMMOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $23,254.30 reduction of the letter of credit which was nbmitted to guarantee cite
improvements for Metacom in the amount of $23,692 to a new total guarantee of
$437.30.
