TIM CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNWOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to reoocdimg of, and coated to said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Bagi"er's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fes -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of recording the plat.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-M cegudiog minimum floor ebvatloaa
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
4. No yard setback varM= are granted or implbd.
S. Submittal of required utility and drainage easanents as approved by the City
Bagineer prior to filing the Final Phu.
6. No building permits to be issued until the Piml Plot is filed and recorded with
Hennepin County.
