WHB1tBAS, the City Council has appoved the Lot DWWoo for ScovilL Press baled
at 14305 27th Avenue North;
NOW, SORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and bereby does dhW the
following to be met, prior to reoording of, and related to said Lot Division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-10 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in aocordanoe with CitV
Policy in effba at the time of building permits for pucel 2.
S. No budding permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hammon
County.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage euemeuts as approved by the City
Engineer prior to flung the Final Plat.
7. A Variance for 40 percent building coverage, for the area included u Parcel 1,
was approved by Resolution 83-799.
