ON 43TH AVENUE NORTH (94102)
WHEREAS, Murillo Design International, Inc. has requested approval of a File Laos
Variance for P.O.S. Business Systems, Inc. located an of Nathan Lane and 4Sth
Avenue North;
The property is more specifically described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1, Dekoco Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, T HERMK BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M1MMOTA, that it sbmM and hereby don approve a
Fire Lane Variance for P.O.S. Business Systems, Inc. bated east of Nathan Lane and
4Sth Avewe North, abject to the following conditions:
1. A Fire Looe Variance is approved as recommended by the Fire Inspection War
dated September 13, 1994.
2. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the Administrative Approval Letter
dated November 1, 1994, except as hereby amended.
Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1994.
