WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a . duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, TORE, BE IT HffiMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of warren Wolfie for an Amended Flamed Unit Development Pian and Conditional Use Permit for a three -season porch for property located at 17206 3rd Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. No other amendments or variances aro granted or implied. 2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be imphmented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this approval. 3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning Ordinam for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans. 4. This Plan Amendment is for the addition of a three -sum porch onto the home with a 20 foot yard setback. Adopted by the City Council on November 21, 1994. STATE OF 1d1NNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNMW SS.
