RESOLUTION 94 -741
APPROVING S1TB PLAN AMENDMBNP AND VARIANCE FOR PACKAGING
SYSTEM AUTOMATION, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2200 NIAGARA
LANE NORTH (%M
WHEREAS, Packaging Systema Automation, Inc. has requested approval for a Site
Plan Amendment and Variance for the extension of blacitop for property located at
2200 Niagara Lane North;
The property is mere speciiicWy described as follows:
That part of Lot 1, Block 2, Circle Star Business Ceater 1st Addition, lying
south of the northerly 259.13 feet thereof, Section 28, Townft 118, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the She Plan and Variance, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
Completion of site improvements.
3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Zoning Ordinancc.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
S. Complimm with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
lanes.
6. A Variance is granted for a 10 -foot setback along the west aide of the building
based on the finding that the Variance request meets the Zoning Ordinance
Variance standards.
7. The Site Phan Amendment is to extend the blacktop six feet to the oast and 30
feet by 20 feet to the northeast.
8. Submittal of 8 1/2" by 11" reproducible mylar "As -built" plan prior to release
of the Site Improvement Performance Agreement.
